H	Henrieke Wagenmans on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prachtige aangeboden producten, waardeloze organisatie! Wachten al 6 weken op een simpel spiegeltje die binnen 3 werkdagen bezorgd zou worden. De levertermijn wordt steeds weer opgeschoven. Gisteren een bericht dat ik die zelfde dag nog een update zou krijgen; uiteraard niets meer gehoord. Ik ben benieuwd of we onze bestelling ooit nog zullen ontvangen en heb te doen met mensen die wachten op een nog grotere/waardevollere order … ? Beautiful products offered, crappy organization! Have been waiting 6 weeks for a simple mirror that would be delivered within 3 working days. The delivery time keeps getting pushed back. Yesterday a message that I would get an update that same day; heard nothing more of course. I wonder if we will ever receive our order again and have to deal with people waiting for an even larger/more valuable order… ?

Bericht gestuurd plus foto voor retour Tot op heden nog niks gehoord. Kreeg wel 2 dagen na levering van pakket de mail dat de tafel onderweg was. Dit was dus veel te laat. Heb geprobeerd te bellen maar helaas De telnrs bestaan niet. Geef hun nog 1 kans dan ga ik stappen ondernemen. Ik bestel hier niks meer en wil andere behoeden voor bij deze firma iets te bestellen. En zeker niet meteen betalen Want je komt bedrogen uit. Mvg. Sylvia. My coffee table came without notification after 3 days, so on time. But it was damaged. Message sent plus photo for return Haven't heard anything yet. Received the email 2 days after delivery of the package that the table was on its way. So this was much too late. Tried to call but no luck The numbers do not exist. Give them one more chance and I'll take action. I will not order anything from here anymore and want to protect others from ordering from this company. And certainly don't pay right away Because you will be cheated. Best regards. Sylvia.

Een week later een mailtje gestuurd met de vraag waar de bestelling bleef. Ondertussen nog steeds geen antwoord of mail met ‘item verzonden’ of ‘latere levertijd’. Badmatten staan nog steeds met levering 1-3 dagen. En ja, ik check ook mijn spam. Heel triest deze service! Ik zou deze webshop absoluut niet aanraden!! Jammer dat ik de reacties niet eerder las. Maar dat doe ik eigenlijk nooit en toch is dit de eerste keer dat ik zo’n slechte ervaring heb met een webshop!! Bestelnummer: 24375 Update: toeval of niet, een uurtje na deze post krijg ik melding dat de bestelling verzonden is. Placed an order on 25/1 for bath mats that would be delivered in 1-3 working days. Sent an email a week later asking where the order was. In the meantime, still no answer or email with 'item shipped' or 'later delivery time'. Bath mats still stand with delivery 1-3 days. And yes, I also check my spam. Very sad this service! I would definitely not recommend this shop!! Too bad I didn't read the comments sooner. But I never actually do that and yet this is the first time that I have such a bad experience with a webshop!! Order number: 24375 Update: coincidence or not, an hour after this post I get a message that the order has been shipped.
P	Pieter-Jan Kosten on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product niet ontvangen, nog geen duidelijkheid wanneer dit wel zal gebeuren. Deze firma houdt u alleen maar aan het lijntje. Elk contact betreffende de levertijd (1-10 dagen geadverteerd) wordt weggeschoven met de melding dat de verzending volgende week zal gebeuren. De volgende week is er uiteraard geen verzending gebeurd en Svenlars zal u hier ook niet zelf van op de hoogte brengen. U moet telkens zelf contact zoeken... Er wordt ook steeds geschermd met overmacht door vertragingen bij de leverancier. Het product dat ik besteld heb bleef de afgelopen weken gewoon op de site staan als in voorraad met dezelfde levertijden, dit terwijl de klantenservice hun vertragingen probeert goed te praten... Dit is een leugenachtige praktijk en ik zou deze firma zeker niet aanraden. Product not received, no clarity yet when this will happen. This company is just stringing you along. Any contact regarding the delivery time (1-10 days advertised) is pushed aside with the notification that the shipment will be done next week. The following week there was of course no shipment and Svenlars will not inform you of this itself. You always have to contact yourself... Force majeure is also always protected due to delays at the supplier. The product I ordered has remained on the site for the past few weeks as in stock with the same delivery times, while customer service tries to justify their delays... This is a lying practice and I would certainly not recommend this company.

They will expect you to bring a 90 kilo dining table up to your apartment yourself with absolutely no help, which is not clear at all from their website, as apparently their couriers are not obliged to help you to bring it up to your apartment and actual actively refuse to. There is no delivery time slot given so you cannot even arrange for help from a neighbour or a friend. In my case the product also arrived defective and so I had to go through the whole mess again to return the product. An absolute joke of a furniture company, do not be fooled by their flashy website and mistake them for a professional company.
