★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really happy so far with the service. Ordering it online was straightforward, well description and intuitive interface and quite a reasonable price. Email communication with costumer support was helpful and effective had old adress on the first bill but they quickly corrected it to the new adress. Very glad with that promptly correction. New phone basically with wall charger and cable all original apple products, jus funny came in a GSL currier box.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WATCH OUT! Swapphone has a Management Profile installed in all phones which in my case meant I could not instal my work profile (many companies need to have their own management profile installed for security reasons).
I reached out for support within the 1st week but until we figured out what the issue was we were in week 2 and it was ‘too late’ to cancel my contract without a half year penalty.
Swapphone is an amazing idea I was happy to try, but has terrible customer support and a lot of hidden clauses in their contract. Cannot wait to give mine back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The circular phone idea is such a good one, I thought it would be like Swapfiets (great model and service) but it’s just poorly executed here. I spent so much money on this service - much more than makes sense. And in reality I have no idea what for - the replacement / upgrade etc services are badly managed and expensive and you’re paying over the odds for each phone anyway. If you truly want to be circular, you’re much better off buying a second hand phone.
