Dus Let goed op! Nice swimming school with a super swimming teacher Sander. The administration is a mess. The promised swimming guarantee will also always be canceled by the fine print. Na een laatste aanpassing waarin de lestijd aanvangt om 17:30 (voor een zesjarige dame) direct onze opzegging doorgegeven gezien wij dit tijdstip (en de hoeveelheid wijzigingen) onacceptabel vinden. Aquayara, in de persoon van mevrouw ten Holte, stelt zich vervolgens zeer onredelijk/onbegripvol en erg klantonvriendelijk op. Gevolg is het dreigen met een incassotraject om een bedrag van 24.50. Ook het tempo van de lessen is bedroevend. Na 1.5 jaar zwemen de kinderen nog steeds maar kleine stukjes, waardoor het echt veel te lang duurd voordat ze eenmaal mogen afzwemmen. Het is voor mij duidelijk: de beheerders hebben alleen maar aandacht voor het geld dat ze van je krijgen, de kinderen zijn van ondergeschikt belang. Zoek een andere zwemschool als je je kind met een fijn gevoel aan een zwemdiploma wilt helpen.. This swimming school is really not recommended to anyone. V	VENM BREEZY on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik raad niemand deze zwemschool aan! Mijn zoon heb ik daar afgehaald en dat was een zeer goede beslissing. Hij had geen water vrees maar heeft het hier wel opgelopen. Het begon al met het zwemmen zonder bandjes en kurken voor de eerste keer. Prima dat accepteerde ik omdat ik dacht ze weten wel wat ze doen. Vervolgens worden de kinderen alleen gelaten bij het dieppe gedeelte. En wat gebeurd er?! Mijn zoon viel erin en raakte in paniek, maar de juf had niets door want die stond met de rug naar de kinderen toe. Toen de juf het eindelijk door had was mijn zoon al heel erg van streek. Ik heb daar over geklaagd en krijg vervolgens te horen dat hij misschien beter over een jaar terug kan komen omdat hij al water vrees had! (Wat dus niet zo was) Ik heb uiteraard duidelijk gemaakt dat dit dus niet het geval was en het hun schuld was. Maar ik kreeg dus te horen dat ik niet weet waar ik t over heb en dus uit me nek klets. Ik heb hem hier meteen afgehaald en hij is bij Van Rhenen verder gaan zwemmen en heeft zelfs zijn C diploma nu! Ik raad niemand dit kind onvriendelijk zwembad aan! Slechtse zwembad ooit, die t alleen voor het geld doet! En niet in staat is hun eigen fouten te erkenen en ervan te leren. Bahh! I don't recommend this swimming school to anyone! My son fell into it and panicked, but the teacher did not notice because he was standing with his back to the children. When the teacher finally realized it, my son was already very upset. I complained about that and then I am told that maybe he should come back in a year because he already feared water! (Which was not the case) Of course I made it clear that this was not the case and that it was their fault. But I was told that I do not know what I am talking about and so I talk. I immediately picked it up here and he continued to swim at Van Rhenen and even has his C diploma now! I do not recommend this child unfriendly pool! Worst pool ever, which only does for the money! And is unable to acknowledge their own mistakes and learn from them. Bahh!
S	Samera Pronk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik lees veel negatieve recensies over Aquayara en daar ben ik het niet mee eens! Sowieso kunnen er natuurlijk altijd dingen beter, maar waar is dat niet het geval! Mijn zoontje doet het in ieder geval goed op deze zwemschool en is erg gehecht aan de juf. Helaas duurt het allemaal wat langer door verschillende lockdowns maar verder zijn wij tevreden over Aquayara en blij met juf Deborah. Mijn jongste gaat hier zeker ook op zwemles! I read a lot of negative reviews about Aquayara and I disagree! Of course things can always be improved anyway, but where is that not the case! In any case, my son is doing well at this swimming school and is very attached to the teacher. Unfortunately it all takes a little longer due to various lockdowns, but otherwise we are satisfied with Aquayara and happy with Miss Deborah. My youngest will definitely also take swimming lessons here!

De kwaliteit van de zwemlessen is top en tijdens het hele corona gebeuren hebben ze zeer adequaat gehandeld. Inmiddels is ons derde kind ook begonnen en gaat als een tierelier. Als ik een minpunt op zou moeten noemen is het de onduidelijkheid over hoe en wanneer de zwemscore wordt geüpdate. De informatie daarover op de site(s) en die ze je melden komt niet overheen en in de praktijk wijkt het daar ook nog vanaf. Maar dat is een klein iets, daarom gewoon 5 sterren. I have nothing but praise for the swim school. The rates are fine. The quality of the swimming lessons is top and during the whole corona thing they acted very adequately. Our third child has now also started and is going like clockwork. If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of clarity about how and when the swim score will be updated. The information about this on the site(s) and that they report to you does not match and in practice it also deviates from this. But that's a small thing, that's why just 5 stars.

De andere ouders en ik hebben ons elke les afgevraagd wat ze nou in godsnaam aan het doen waren de kinderen? Na 6 a 7 lessen heb ik mijn kind toch overgeplaatst naar een andere zwemschool, waar hij binnen 1 les al meer geleerd had dan bij Aqua Yara in die 6 a 7 lessen. Erg jammer, maar ik raad deze zwemschool niet aan. 1 pluspuntje de administratie handelde alles prima en snel af. Despite the bad reviews I still wanted to give aqua yara a chance. Unfortunately it was even worse than I thought. The other parents and I have been wondering every lesson what the hell were they doing the kids? After 6 to 7 lessons I transferred my child to another swimming school, where he had learned more within 1 lesson than at Aqua Yara in those 6 to 7 lessons. Very unfortunate, but I do not recommend this swim school. 1 plus the administration handled everything fine and quickly.
