★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overmacht kan, vertraging kan, maar communiceer met je klanten 3,5 uur wachten op je koffer en niets horen. het zal nog wel langer duren.
Force majeure is possible, delays are possible, but communicate with your customers waiting 3.5 hours for your suitcase and hear nothing. it will still take longer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never experience bad services in my life like this time in Amsterdam baggage pick-up location managed by the Swissport. I would not even give them 1-START at all. We landed to Amsterdam on Friday morning at 8:20 AM (11/22/2019) by UNITED airlines. Over 40 people waited nearly 1 hour and 25 minutes to get the bags delivered. People kindly asked them what was going on and why we did not get our bags. Swissport employees and representatives were given conflicting information. Swissport reps were rude, disrespectful and incompetent. They were keep lying to the customers. When Swissport reps were pressed they would avoid passengers and disappear for a while.
