Echt een drama dit...ook slecht voor je werkgevers die je behartigd! Not responding to your application or even your resume. Even after that emailed people personally. Really a drama this ... also bad for your employers that you represent!

Ondertussen al 2 jaar een vaste baan, mede door Synsel. Shortly after I applied, I was immediately contacted and discussed what I would like. In the meantime, I have had a permanent job for 2 years, partly because of Synsel.
D	Dave Meuffels on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele slechte ervaring met Synsel. Vertikken het om loon te betalen, geven werknemers de schuld daar van. Proberen alles op de werknemers af te schuiven want hun maken geen fouten. Contact zeer slecht, reageren niet op whatsapp of de mail. Zeer slecht uitzendbureau hier wil je niet voor werken. Er is zoveel keuze in uitzendbureaus doe jezelf een plezier en zoek verder. Na contact te hebben gehad over betalen word er gezegd dat diegene er niet over gaat, en dat ze geen extra moeite gaan doen om het loon voor mij te regelen. Dat noem ik nou eens een goede inzet voor de werknemer. Het zit hun een beetje hoog die oplichters ze verdienen al genoeg aan ons als 'werknemers'. Very bad experience with Synsel. If they refuse to pay wages, employees blame it. Trying to blame everything on the employees because they don't make mistakes. Contact very bad, do not respond to whatsapp or the mail. Very bad employment agency you don't want to work for this. There is so much choice in employment agencies do yourself a favor and keep looking. After contacting me about paying, they say that the person is not about it, and that they will not make any extra effort to arrange the wages for me. That's what I call a good effort for the employee. They are a bit high that scammers they already earn enough from us as 'employees'.
J	John Zuidema on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer slechte ervaring. Ik zit met rugklachten, heb daar met de sollicitatie uitvoerig over gehad, maar het werk bleek totaal niet te zijn wat het was. Maar dan krijg je van Synsel totaal geen begeleiding. Daarnaast werken ze samen met Jigler, dat net zo'n puinhoop is. Ik kom door de verkeerde werkzaamheden ziek thuis te zitten, krijg je bij Jigler een sollicitatieplicht. Uiteindelijk moest ik maar kiezen tussen beter melden en WW aanvragen of winkelmedewerker worden voor een minimumloon. Daarnaast is het financieel een puinhoop. GA ER NIET VOOR WERKEN! Very bad experience. I have back problems, I discussed this extensively with the application, but the work turned out not to be what it was at all. But then you will receive no guidance at all from Synsel. In addition, they team up with Jigler, who is just such a mess. I end up sick at home because of the wrong work, you will be required to apply for a job at Jigler. In the end I had to choose between reporting better and applying for unemployment benefits or becoming a shop assistant for a minimum wage. In addition, it is financially a mess. DO NOT WORK FOR IT!

Werk nu met veel meerl plezier en met betere voorwaarden mede dankzij Synsel! Ook nog heel erg bedankt voor het mooie welkomstpakket :D Best agency I've worked with! Always had very positive contact with Tim Buijs and Romy. Work now with much more pleasure and with better conditions thanks to Synsel! Also thank you very much for the nice welcome package :D
L	Logiqs ICT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could put 0 stars I would. They were a horrible agency in almost every aspect possible. Not only you don't have any benefits: no 13th month, if your company doesn't renew your contract you are immediately unemployed, no travelling fee, etc. But they charge the company you will be working for 2 to 3 times your salary. Not only this is horrible because is a LOT of money for doing NOTHING (besides the introduction), but they don't let you or your employer company know! So your company's expectations obviously are sky high while you are working really hard for them to gain free money. Their only job is to manage your doubts and questions... and even for that they do a horrible job. They take ages to figure out things and no one knows nothing. And just as a last point, they make everything really shady. My contract was never directly to Synsel, was through a third company. And my employer's company had a contract through Synsel.... for me that is already super suspicious, but to make it worse at some point a fourth company got involved to manage my paperwork and my contact with Synsel didn't even know about it!!!!! Everything for this company is outrageously horrible. Please save yourself a lot of pain and anger and search for a better, more organized, more transparent agency.
