Zonder energie vast te zetten in structuren en beoordelingen. Patrick en Vivian, zijn echtgenoot, hebben passie voor en kennis van mensen op het fysieke, psychische vlak en de filosofie van systema. Ze weten door een natuurlijke sfeer van veiligheid en plezier, groei op het fysieke en psychologische vlak voor mensen te creëren. De basis van de school en systema; adem, wees aardig, ontspan, help, maar handel wanneer levens in gevaar zijn, zonder aarzeling.
 Systema can mean an incredible amount to you physically and psychologically. Holistic and organic, but also "hard", confronting and very effective. Without fixing energy in structures and assessments. Patrick and Vivian, his husband, have a passion for and knowledge of people in the physical, psychological and philosophy of systema. They manage to create physical and psychological growth for people through a natural atmosphere of safety and pleasure. The basis of the school and systema; breathe, be nice, relax, help, but act when lives are in danger, without hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, that was fun! This is a great class with a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere. I didn't have a martial arts background or know much about systema but this didn't seem to matter. We moved a lot! Rolling squatting crouching, on our own and in groups, new movements that I've never done before. My body is tired but my mind is racing! A great find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is as close as it gets to the Systema Headquarters in Toronto, if you are in Europe and want to train high level Systema, but don't have the resources to travel overseas. The training is excellent, honest, and it breathes the spirit of the teachings of the masters Ryabko and Vasiliev throughout every class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For two years, I have been working with Patrick. He is amazingly knowledgable, attentive, and results oriented. When I started, my skills were not great. With that in mind, I opted to do private lessons. They really paid off and I now have a lot of confidence with escapes and strikes.
The step-by-step focus of Systema, from breathing to movement that is tension free is a great philosophy for life and martial arts. Within Systema there are no gimmicks and no artificial surges of energy required. Patrick is a fantastic guide and a true master of the art of Systema.
