★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I very seldom write opinions but in this case my experience was so blatantly bad that I feel the duty to warn others. I have to state that the 1.5 kg filet I bought from this gentlemen was at an Esclat supermarket in Spain. But boy was that bad! Instead of of a tender & savoury meat as you would expect from a filet (and the price accordingly), I had to first spend 15 minutes carving out all the nerves and then, both on the plancha or in the oven, the result was a chewy substance with no taste at all. What a disappointment!
