Kapster beweerde dat het wel zoals op het plaatje was, teleurstelling die niet erkend werd. Deze kapster zal ik in ieder geval niet meer willen voor mijn haar. Unfortunately I didn't get the haircut I asked for at all (with picture and description). Hairdresser claimed that it was as in the picture, disappointment that was not recognized. I certainly don't want this hairdresser anymore for my hair.

Ik ben een halfuur vergeten door beide kappers omdat ze niet met elkaar of met mij communiceerden en dachten dat de ander mij ging helpen. Toen ik hier wat van zei probeerden ze de schuld op elkaar af te schuiven, en toen ik zei dat ze op z’n minst even naar me toe hadden kunnen komen, werd ik afgesnauwd door de oudere man. Hij was ronduit onbeschoft en schoot in de verdediging terwijl hij beter gewoon zijn excuses aan had kunnen bieden. Dat deed hij uiteindelijk wel. Ik ben vertrokken zonder knippen en na hoe er tegen me is gesproken kom ik natuurlijk niet terug. Unprofessional. My first (and last) time at this salon. I was forgotten for half an hour by both hairdressers because they did not communicate with each other or with me and thought that the other one was going to help me. When I mentioned this they tried to shift the blame to each other, and when I said they could have at least come to me for a while, the older man snapped me. He was downright rude and got on the defensive when he should have just apologised. He eventually did. I left without cutting and after how I was spoken to I will of course not come back.
