Can't even give them a one star as the staff doesn't even know what Service is. Also the online client service is not able to listen, what the problem is. They keep me sending from on telephone client service "Fransisca" to store service and the stro service "Daryl-Ann" doens't even listen what the problem is. I would not recommend anybody to go for Tmobile as they know how to screw a client! I for sure switch all my contracts at Tmobie as soon as I can!!

Back in 2018 my husband and I signed up for T-mobile- 6 months later we moved to a new address and requested T-mobile be set up at our new place. I kid you not... another 6 months goes by (multiple phone calls, emails, store visits etc) all to find out that it's not possible to install. We got so fed up with with the entire thing (also multiple site visits booked/ cancelled last second) that we requested to just cancel as the service was unable to be provided. They told us no- as we were in a yearly contract. Fine. Somehow though after our year contract was up we called again to have it cancelled and they informed us that it would be best if we kept the contract going or else we won't be able to receive any refund which we were requesting... I thought this was odd because before they said no to any refund but it sounded like we finally got a reasonable customer service person on the phone so we accepted. Called back multiple times asking where we were at with the refund and shutting down of the account... apparently it was not that simple. Ever since we have been charged STILL MONTHLY WITH NO REFUND. Our contract is now to "expire" once again in August but each month I have to watch our bank account and deny the automatic payments going out as I truly believe all this to be A SCAM AND HORRIBLE BUSINESS. I would never recommend someone to go with T-mobile; they have made getting internet a horribly painful, stressful awful experience.
