β β β β β Ik ben al jaren trouwe T-mobile klant, al zelfs vanaf Orange tijd. Ik word altijd super netjes geholpen. De vrouwelijke medewerker en alle andere medewerkers zijn altijd behulpzaam. Ze weten precies hoe je met klanten om moet gaan! Ga zo door.
 I have been a loyal T-mobile customer for years, even from Orange time. I always get super nice help. The female staff member and all other staff are always helpful. They know exactly how to deal with customers! Keep it up.

β β β β β Ik wist niet dat de winkels nog open zouden zijn. In eerste instantie had ik gebeld met de T-Mobile winkel in Apeldoorn. Ik ben vriendelijk te woord gestaan door een vrouwelijke medewerker, Ze heeft mij geadviseerd om naar de winkel te komen om samen het probleem op te lossen. Dat heb ik dan ook gedaan. Ook in de winkel ben ik supervriendelijk ontvangen door haar. Samen naar het probleem gekeken en in een paar minuten opgelost. I didn't know the stores would still be open. Initially I called the T-Mobile store in Apeldoorn. I was kindly greeted by a female employee, she advised me to come to the store to solve the problem together. That's what I did. Also in the store I was received super friendly by her. We looked at the problem together and solved it in a few minutes. Very satisfied with the expertise and friendliness of this employee. Thank you Yasmin. I can certainly recommend T-Mobile Apeldoorn. β β β β β Na wat communicatie storingen bij het telefonisch bestellen bij en met T-Mobile contact gezocht met de winkel in Apeldoorn. Daar fysiek langsgegaan en waanzinnig goed geholpen door Yassemin! Zij heeft me echt zeer klantvriendelijk en alleraardigst geholpen met mijn problemen. Was een KVK nummer wisseling geweest. Ze heeft me door het oerwoud van regels en veranderingen geleid, de voor mijn situatie beste opties laten zien en dat alles geduldig en met een glimlach! Yassemin bedankt en ik kan T-Mobile en zeker jij en jullie winkel aan de hoofdstraat van harte aanbevelen. Wat mis ging bij het telefonische traject, heb jij volledig goed gemaakt, dankjewel ?
After some communication failures when ordering by phone and with T-Mobile, I contacted the store in Apeldoorn. Went there physically and helped insanely well by Yassemin! She really helped me in a very customer-friendly and kind manner with my problems. Had a Chamber of Commerce number change. She guided me through the jungle of rules and changes, showed me the best options for my situation, all patiently and with a smile! Yassemin thank you and I can heartily recommend T-Mobile and especially you and your store on the main street. First of all the manager of this store is very rude, miss leading and helpless.
They look for any possible way to over charge you. I have to keep going back to the store 10000 of times to complain why they are over charging me. They keep saying sorry and fixing the problem but there is always another problem.
I suggest not to get T-mobile contracts at all. Their service quality is very bad. I had an insurance but the store manager did not even let me to use my insurance that I had been paying for. Now that I am telling them why he tells me all he can do to refund 2 months out of 6 months I paid. So no phone got fixed and no money got returned.
I am thinking if this is even legal. To charge people for insurance and not letting them to use it....
