m	matteo rocco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my experience at this T-mobile store in Eindhoven, although I’m not really used to leave reviews, but this time it’s seriously deserved. I arrived here from uk with a pay-monthly mobile phone + SIM card contract, which I regularly paid off until the due end of contract, before closing the account. I therefore took up a sim only subscription at this T-mobile store and Roel and his team helped me throughout the whole process. This would be their normal job but that’s not (only) the reason why I give them 5*. Once I attempted to replace the deactivated British sim with the new one, I found out with dismay that the uk provider has locked my phone and I couldn’t use it unless is with their SIM card..! After initial (unsuccessful) attempts to contact them, I, almost hopeless, went back to this store to see where I could go from there. I found there again the same advisor, Roel and it was this time that really impressed me. Although it wasn’t an issue with T-mobile (there was nothing wrong with the new sim, it was the uk provider that locked my phone) he helped me in any possible way, he also phoned up the customer service in uk with his mobile and discussed on my behalf with his counterpart abroad in order to get my issue sorted! Result is: few days later my phone is unlocked and it’s all thanks to Roel! Beside making me save money and hassle, it’s nice to know there are so professional, friendly and customer enthusiasts advisors, committed to go over and beyond their duties in such ways! A great shoutout to Roel and his team who really did the extra-mile to help me!!! Thank you so much!
