★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausherr, unkompliziert. Mitten im Leben (nähe Bahn, Meer und Zentrum, aber ruhig. Toller Balkon, den man im Sommer ausprobieren möchte.
 Friendly and helpful landlord, uncomplicated. In the middle of life (near the train station, the sea and the center, but quiet. Great balcony that you want to try out in summer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft.
Man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss an der Promenade/Strand.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Die Unterkunft ist modern eingerichtet und war sehr sauber. Besonders das moderne Badezimmer möchte ich hervorheben.
Die erste Nacht war es leider recht kalt (die Heizung wurde zeitweise von zentraler Stelle automatisch abgestellt). Als wir den Vermieter am nächsten Tag darauf hingewiesen haben, hat er die zentrale Einstellung sofort angepasst. Als wir abends ins Apartment zurückkamen war es dann schön warm.
We were very happy with the accommodation.
You can walk to the promenade / beach in 3 minutes.
The landlord was very friendly and helpful.
The accommodation is modern and was very clean. I would particularly like to highlight the modern bathroom.
The first night it was unfortunately quite cold (the heating was switched off automatically from a central point at times). When we pointed this out to the landlord the next day, he immediately adjusted the central setting. When we got back to the apartment in the evening it was nice and warm.
