β β β β β Horrible service! Zero consideration or care for customers! Sadly this is not the first time nor last that they mess up our order, either half the meals are missing or it takes forever, when we called them they redirected us to Thuisbezorgd (where we placed the order) and then we got between the two. Last time we ear/order from the whole chain.

β β β β β I ordered a home delivery and it took superlong, twice longer than the estimate they emailed me. The food was ok, slightly below average, not really fresh ingredients, not really awesome flavors. I got too much of beans and rice, too few fresh veggies or good meat. The beans were really hard - the kind youβd need to use for the soup, and not serve raw. Honestly, EVERY other mexican(ish) takeout in Amsterdam is better! For the same price range, Iβd recommend to go for Salsa Shop and ditch Taco Mundo

β β β β β Published delivery time 45 - 65 min. But after 2 hours and 5 calls later to find out they still needed to start on my order! So if you are hungry donβt make the mistake like I did to order from Taco Mundo Ceintuurbaan.

β β β β β Honestly quite disappointed. It took 2 hours for it to be delivered (my address is 5 minutes away from the Oud Zuid location) and the delivery guy was also quite rude to us as well.
As for the food itself: the minced beef, beans and guac were flavorless. The chips were soggy and not fresh. We had to add our own seasoning to make it flavorful which is disappointing.
Considering we had to wait 2 hours for the food we expected more and better.
