Tactus is een organisatie ,die veel geld krijgt ,praat over miljoenen.
Alleen in Zuphen ,een derde miljoen op 106 verslaafden.,toch gaat de gemeente ermee in zee. Spreek mensen en die vinden het uiterlijk vertoon
wel goed. Maar daar iemand niet voor.Het zin binnen is niks.
Protocol en computerstaren om niks.. Wel een MBO-opleiding .Ach een leuke CV-vuller en een manier om aan geld te komen.
Een ieder die het tegendeel heeft kan op wat dan ook ,reageren
