★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na een paar weken geleden de Takko hebben te bezocht in Burgum schrijf ik deze recensie en deze is verre van positief:
De reden is tweeërlei
1. We kwamen 10 minuten voor sluitingstijd binnen en ons werd duidelijk te kennen gegeven om haast te maken en dit werd zeer onvriendelijk geroepen. Heb aangegeven dat zoiets verre van klantvriendelijk is en dat ik wel een ander Takko ga bezoeken. Dokkum is een echte aanrader want daar is het personeel kundig en vriendelijk.
2. Twee weken daarvoor vroegen wij in de winkel om skinny heren jeans omdat deze bij de Takko in Duitsland wordt aangeboden. De verkoopster zat mij wezenloos aan te staren want dat kende ze niet en ging vragen of dat jogging broeken waren? Ik pakte toen een spijkerbroek en legde uit dat jeans was en de verschillende soorten maten en waarom deze er zijn. Ze haalde haar schouders op en vroeg het aan een tweede collega of dit soort jeans verkocht kon worden bij de vestiging in Burgum. De collega zei zeer onvriendelijk dat dat niet gaat gebeuren en dat mijn vraag stom in haar ogen was.
Gaan nu naar de Takko in Dokkum en daar is wel op kleding gebied alles mogelijk..
After having visited the Takko in Burgum a few weeks ago I write this review and it is far from positive:
The reason is twofold
1. We arrived 10 minutes before closing time and we were clearly told to hurry and this was called very unfriendly. I indicated that something like this is far from customer-friendly and that I will visit another Takko. Dokkum is highly recommended because the staff there are knowledgeable and friendly.
2. Two weeks before that, we asked for skinny men's jeans in the store because it is offered at the Takko in Germany. The saleswoman was staring blankly at me because she didn't know that and was going to ask if those were jogging pants? I then picked up jeans and explained that jeans were and the different types of sizes and why they are there. She shrugged and asked a second colleague if this type of jeans could be sold at the Burgum location. The colleague said very unfriendly that that is not going to happen and that my question was stupid in her eyes.
Now go to the Takko in Dokkum and there is everything possible in terms of clothing ..
