Slangen systeem is zo onhandig dat je eigenlijk altijd met de waterslang tegen je auto aanstaat of net niet de onderkant mee kan nemen zonder je auto te verplaatsen. Hotwax is koud of er komt helemaal geen wax uit, de stofzuiger is net een spaarpot. Maakt niet uit hoeveel je erin tyft, of hij doe helemaal niks of hij zuigt amper. Dit was voor mij de laatste keer, hoop ergenis en de auto nog niet schoon. Ga voortaan wel naar heineman, iets verder rijden maar TOP apparatuur! Wat een kutzooi bij jullie! Piece over the wash boxes, brushes are always dirty or broken. Hose system is so awkward that you actually always have the water hose against your car or just can't take the bottom without moving your car. Ik had alleen droog papier om mn handen mee schoon te wrijven, de hele auto stonk naar diesel van binnen. Ik had een ijsje bij mn tankbeurt willen lopen, dat heb ik maar niet gedaan. Gewoon waardeloos als je nog 3 kwartier in de auto zit. Ze maakte daarna de pomp wel gelijk schoon, ik had er niks aan.
