★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb recent mij 2 maal ingeschreven als nieuwe patiënt via het webformulier. Bij de eerste aanmelding na een week nog niets te hebben gehoord, maar eens gebeld. Mijn aanmelding was niet binnengekomen. Vreemd, want wel een bevesting gezien dat de aanmelding succesvol was verstuurd. Er werd mij gevraagd om het nog eens te doen met de belofte dat ik na het weekend teruggebeld zou worden. Nogmaals mij aangemeld als nieuwe patiënt, hiervan ook een bevestiging gezien. Wederom niets gehoord. Dit heeft mij doen besluiten om naar een andere tandarts te gaan.
I recently registered twice as a new patient via the web form. At the first registration after having heard nothing for a week, but called once. My application had not been received. Strange, because it was a confirmation that the registration was sent successfully. I was asked to do it again with the promise that I would be called back after the weekend. Once again I registered as a new patient, also seen confirmation of this. Again heard. This made me decide to go to another dentist.
