Bij deze praktijk (dhr van der Linden) in april jl. mijn voortand laten repareren nadat hier een stuk van af was gebroken. Kon gelukkig de volgende dag tussen patiënten door even terecht. Super dus! Dacht ik. 2 weken na de “reparatie” viel het stukje wat er aan was gezet spontaan uit mijn mond, tijdens mijn vakantie. Bij terugkomst direct opgebeld & ook nu kon ik weer snel terecht. Ditmaal werd het stukje er wél fatsoenlijk aan gezet want hij zit er nog steeds op! In juli de nota ontvangen van de eerste afspraak en deze direct keurig betaald. Wat weken later lag er ineens een nota op de mat voor de tweede afspraak. Omdat ik van een misverstand uit ging heb ik direct opgebeld, want je mag er als patiënt toch van uit gaan dat een tandarts deugdelijk werk levert en mocht dit niet zo zijn dit onder garantie valt. “De tandarts kan niets garanderen” is wat mij werd medegedeeld. Dus, aan alle potentiële patiënten; buiten het feit dat je wél snel bij deze tandarts terecht kunt is de rest van de service én kwaliteit een lachertje. “Even snel” iets repareren & als het werk niet van kwaliteit is dan kom je toch terug? Wel graag twee keer betalen hoor!

At this practice (Mr. van der Linden) in April last had my front tooth repaired after a piece was broken off. luckily the next day between patients equally justified. So Super! I thought. 2 weeks after the "repair" the piece that was put on it spontaneously fell out of my mouth during my vacation. Immediately called upon return & again I could go quickly. This time the piece was put on properly because it is still on! Received the bill for the first appointment in July and paid it immediately. A few weeks later there was suddenly a bill on the mat for the second appointment. Because I assumed there was a misunderstanding, I immediately called, because as a patient you can still assume that a dentist does a good job and if this is not the case, this is covered by the guarantee. "The dentist cannot guarantee anything" is what I was told. Thus, to all potential patients; apart from the fact that you can go to this dentist quickly, the rest of the service and quality is a joke. Fix something "quickly" & if the work is not of quality then you will come back? Please pay twice though!
