★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sinds het samenvoegen van 2 praktijken verlopen mijn afspraken rommelig, in de wachtkamer loopt het personeel langs zonder wat te zeggen, eigenlijk was ik van plan van tandarts te switchen. .Maar de behandeling van Marian maakt alles meer dan goed. Zij verontschuldigde zich namens het team:"er wordt aan gewerkt, we nemen uw klacht serieus", Zij heeft alle geduld en rust en haar uitleg mbt het schoonmaken is verhelderend en compleet. Dus voor haar 5 sterren!!
since the merging of 2 practices my appointments have been messy, in the waiting room the staff walk by without saying anything, actually I was planning to switch from dentist. . But Marian's treatment makes up for everything. She apologized on behalf of the team: "We are working on it, we take your complaint seriously", She has all the patience and peace of mind and her explanation of cleaning is enlightening and complete. So for her 5 stars !!
