β β β β β Altijd erg vriendelijk personeel, ze zijn altijd bereid om plek te maken of afspraken aan te passen. Ze houden goed rekening met angsten en pijn, ze luisteren goed en dat is wat ik belangrijk vind. Ook om echt elke keer dezelfde gezichten te zien ipv elke keer een anderen tandarts. Toppers!
 Always very friendly staff, they are always willing to make room or adjust arrangements. They take fears and pain into account, they listen well and that is what I think is important. Also to really see the same faces every time instead of a different dentist every time. Toppers!

β β β β β Gebeld gisteren voor een afspraak vanwege een afgebroken tand. Ik word vanochtend gebeld door de assistente en gevraagd of ik in plaats van 14.30 om 13.30 kon komen. Eenmaal aangekomen wordt er gezegd dat de afspraak om 12.30 was. Vervolgens gezegd dat het niet meer kan en dat de tandarts naar huis gaat. Erg onvriendelijke assistente! Probeert ook niet mee te denken met de patient. Ik ga nooit meer daar!
Called yesterday for an appointment due to a chipped tooth. I got a call this morning by the assistant and asked if I could come at 13.30 instead of 14.30. Once arrived, it is said that the appointment was at 12.30. Then said that it is no longer possible and that the dentist is going home. Very unfriendly assistant! Also does not try to think along with the patient. I will never go there again!
