★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een zekere zomer werd ik naar deze tandarts doorverwezen toen mijn normale tandarts op vakantie was. Mijn kaak deed zeer en mijn wang stond helemaal bol. Elke stap die ik zette voelde ik in mijn kaak.
De tandarts concludeerde dat ik een wortelkanaalbehandeling nodig had. Maar dat ging hij niet doen. Ik moest eerst de stoel weer uit, en direct vooruit betalen als ik die behandeling wilde. Maar als je zoveel pijn had als mij op dat moment, dan ga je snel akkoord.
Later kon ik voor nacontrole wel weer bij mijn eigen tandarts terecht. Toen deze hoorde hoe deze praktijk met haar klanten omgaat, en hoeveel ik moest betalen voor mijn behandeling, heeft deze nog verhaal gehaald bij deze tandartspraktijk.
Ik heb begrepen dat mijn tandarts geen klanten meer doorverwijst naar deze tandartspraktijk.
 One summer I was referred to this dentist when my regular dentist was on vacation. My jaw ached and my cheek was bulging. I felt every step I took in my jaw.
The dentist concluded that I needed root canal treatment. But he wasn't going to do that. I had to get out of the chair first, and pay in advance if I wanted that treatment. But if you were in as much pain as I was at the time, then you quickly agree.
Later I could go back to my own dentist for a follow-up. When he heard how this practice deals with its customers, and how much I had to pay for my treatment, he still got a story at this dental practice.
I understand that my dentist no longer refers clients to this dental practice.
