★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds een aantal jaar komen wij bij deze tandarts, tot nu toe tot tevredenheid. Enkele dagen voor een geplande afspraak wordt er een mail verstuurd zodat je de afspraak niet vergeet, je wordt vriendelijk te woord gestaan door receptioniste/telefoniste en de zorg is goed te noemen.
We have been coming to this dentist for a number of years now, to our satisfaction. A few days before a scheduled appointment, an email will be sent so that you do not forget the appointment, you will be kindly addressed by the receptionist / operator and the care is good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De communicatie is erg slecht. Ze vertellen je niet goed wat ze gaan doen en wat ze gedaan hebben. Omdat deze communicatie zo gebrekkig is, lijkt het alsof ze op zoek zijn naar redenen om geld aan patiënten te verdienen. Dit geldt voor de tandarts en de mondhygiëniste.
The communication is very bad. They don't tell you what they are going to do and what they have done. Because this communication is so poor, it seems as if they are looking for reasons to make money from patients. This applies to the dentist and the dental hygienist.
