Wachtte voor eerste afspraak (intake) voor twee weken. Tandarts sommige dingen kan zelf niet oplossen en moet naar "specialist" doorverwijzen. En volgens mij is die mevrouw enige tandarts in de kliniek. Dus, helaas, moet verder zoeken. Waarom "2 sterren". Ze heeft mij aangeboden paar gaatjes vullen, die makkelijke zijn en waar ik geen last voor heb. Voor de problemen met welke ben ik gekomen, had ze geen oplossing, alleen "extractie" (daar stond vulling). Dus ja, helaas, twee sterren... Ze hebben ook een mondhygiëniste hier wat erg prettig is. Mrs. Pouramiri is always very friendly and she is a very good dentist. The assistants are also very nice. Hij gaat enorm professioneel op met mijn angst en legt alles van te voren rustig uit. Buiten dat is de sfeer altijd fijn in de praktijk en word ik op tijd geholpen. Al jaren klant waarbij je eerst een warme welkom van de baliemedewerkster Demi krijgt en gelijk een prettige sfeer proeft. Daarnaast heb je de tandarts Tarek die heel vriendelijk is en uitgebreid uitlegt van wat er voor de behandeling gaat gebeuren en daarnaast wordt geassisteerd door Sham die vol zit met leuke gezellige praatjes. Je ziet hoe nauwkeurig de tandarts met de assistent te werk gaan en daarnaast ook met de patient het heel gezellig houdt. De combinatie van communicatie en concentratie tijdens de behandeling zit hier heel hoog in het vaandel en dat zie je ook tijdens de behandeling. Zelf ben ik in meerdere praktijken behandeld, maar de energieke teamcombinatie en de aanwezigheid van het sfeer in Dental Da Vinci heeft, voor mij, de angst voor de tandarts overwonnen.
