About Tandartspraktijk Grinberg
Heb je een vraag over een behandeling, de rekening, de begroting of over de gang van zaken in de praktijk? Stuur je vraag naar het Tandheelkundig Informatiepunt (TIP). De medewerkers van TIP kunnen je informeren en adviseren en verwijzen als dat nodig is door.
Voor vragen over vergoedingen van tandheelkundige zorg kun je contact opnemen met je zorgverzekeraar. Aan de hand van jouw polis kan die je precies vertellen welke tandheelkundige zorg wordt vergoed.
Ook helpt het TIP je op weg als je een klacht hebt over je tandarts. Het Tandheelkundig Informatie Punt is zelf geen klachtenbureau, maar kan je wel advies geven hoe je kunt omgaan met de klacht. Het is belangrijk dat je die eerst kenbaar maakt bij je eigen tandarts. Kom je er samen niet uit? Dan kan het TIP je doorverwijzen naar de juiste klachtenregeling.
Het TIP is een initiatief van de KNMT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One big catastrophe. Its looks more like a joke then a clinic. Dentist never have enough time for you. And if you will need a crown - they will offer to do your new tooth by (!!!) photo on smartphone.... and i hear more and more stories like this about this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would not recommend the clinic. The service was hit and miss but that was not the main problem for me. What really bothered me was that my personal data as well as details on medical procedures performed were transferred without my consent to a 3rd party factoring company (Netpoint Factoring) that contacted me to collect the bill. While I understand this can be a practice for outstanding invoices, it was not the case, I received the first bill from them. Beware of this practice.
