Estuve un buen tiempo con ellos pero ahora cuando abrieron más locales, la atención pésima, en la recepción unas chicas que se la pasan hablando cosas privadas mientras uno espera en sala , también hablan mal de la dueña Esther a quien todos conocen, mi dentista se fue de baja medica y desde ahí comenzó mi pesadilla, estuve con diferentes dentistas jóvenes y sin experiencia, mientras me veían la dentadura hablaban entre ellas mal de la dueña y de otros dentistas, en varias ocasiones se han olvidado que tenia una cita en la agenda y casi todas las veces jamás son puntuales llegan a demorar como 30min para que te atiendan, la dueña Esther es una tosca en su trabajo, he quedado muy mal desde la última vez que la vi, cuando los dentistas se van de vacaciones no llaman a los pacientes los hacen venir y les dicen en su cara que no hay dentista! Malísimo!!!! Tengan cuidado con este centro! ( que pena que tengo que dar una estrella para comentar) The worst dental office in Haarlem! B	Ben on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik begrijp de negatieve reacties niet heb altijd een positieve ervaring met tandartsen Kennemerland. Ze staan altijd klaar. Het voordeel is dat er meerdere vestingen zijn. Zo kun je altijd snel geholpen worden bij klachten. De vrouwelijke tandartsen zijn empathischer En communiceren beter dan de mannelijke tandartsen. Zij kunnen nog wat van de dames leren. Onjuiste informatie in het registratiesysteem (“kind (10 jaar) wil zelf geen buitenboord beugel meer dus halen we hem eruit” )waardoor 3 jaar later wordt gezegd dat resultaat niet goed is omdat ze tekort deze beugel heeft gedragen. Beugeltrajecten van beide kinderen duren veel langer dan in eerste instantie beraamd was. En het komt met regelmaat voor dat de afspraak en locatie zonder overleg verplaatst blijkt. Ronduit slecht dus. Many changing orthodontists and assistants. Feels like a training institute. Werd gedaan door jonge Aziatische/Nederlandse jongedame. 2000 euro heb ik betaald en na 5 weken vielend de ophogingen van mijn tot punt geslepen gebit af. Beter volgende keer gaan kickboksen en daar mn tanden er af meppen. Dit kost mij geen 2000 euro is gratis en net zoveel pijn ellende... I ever raise my teeth later on. This is a specialization that I was told. Was done by young Asian / Dutch lady. I paid 2000 euros and after 5 weeks the elevations of my teeth sharpened to the point fell off. Better go kickboxing next time and hit my teeth off there. This does not cost me 2000 euros, it is free and just as much pain misery ...

Met het doel een behandeling te starten en je opzadeld met een betaling die niet vergoed word door zorg verzekering. Dit in december 2020 en nu weer in Januari 2021 toch bij elkaar€79. Wij voelen ons beetje beetgenomen. Volgende behandelingen eerst gespecificeerde rekening vragen voor behandeling.
