I ended up paying extra costs due to miscommunication issues.

Two days ago, I was scheduled for today to look at a tooth where an old filling has fallen off.
The receptionist gave me an appointment, but because she was on a brake and eating at the time, I left my number for her to call me to have my info filled in, as I was a new client.
I did not hear from her, but assumed the appointment I got was still valid! So when I arrive today, it turns out it was not, because she "needed my info first".
"Well, why didn't you call me as you said you would?" I asked. "I haven't had time", she replied..
"But what about the appointment you gave me?" I asked, "where did that go?". "I need you info first" she replied - again.
On their outside door it says in Dutch that new patients are 'hartfully' welcome.... Yeah, right!

β β β β β My wife and I have been going to this clinic for 4 months but now we will stop for sure.
Their hygienist service quality is very bad. I had braces more than 10 years ago and when i finished, the orthodontist placed a retainer for my bottom teeth to stay intact. He made it clear that this will never fall off your teeth and you should keep it all your life so your teeth don't move. It was in perfect condition until i had my hygiene cleaning session in this clinic. The hygienist removed some of the holding parts of the retainer while she's cleaning and since then it started falling off slowly until it fell off completely after 3 months. After explaining this to the clinic several times, they kept denying that they caused this and asked me to find an orthodontist and pay for it myself.
Horrible service and zero integrity.

β β β β β They believe in making money, by doing miscommunications about cancellations and charging money for not cancelling appoitments, and tells you to cancel appointment by phone only, despite the fact we have had many email conversations. Went for checkup, charged 26 euros more saying advise costs of proper hyegine , when asked what was the cost of consultation for, they removed from the invoice. All n all, must chose to go to another dentist, really not professionl at all.

β β β β β Through the recommendation of our colleagues, we went to the Mondtime dental clinic.
The dental hygiene procedures were carried out in a professional manner. Additionally, the dentist provided necessary recommendations for the care of the oral cavities. The personnel are highly qualified and attentive to the patient and the environment in the clinic is very pleasant and friendly.
We will be happy to return for further planned procedures.
