Hij maakt gebruik van de nieuwste technieken, legt alles netjes uit voordat hij gaat behandelen, en is gewoon goed in zijn vak. Dentist Oehlers has been my dentist for 20 years. He uses the latest techniques, explains everything neatly before he starts treatment, and is just good at his job.

Ontzettende onvriendelijke assistentes die je buiten laten wachten, je niet eens goedemorgen wensen en doodleuk zeggen dat je kind niet welkom is, als je daar met je kind staat. Dit laatste staat overigens nergens vermeld op de website. Twee tot drie keer worden afspraken verplaatst. Ze bellen met een nummer wat je niet kunt terugbellen en zeggen vervolgens dat ze niet de juiste gegevens hebben. Mijn man had vrij genomen van werk voor zijn afspraak, en trof vervolgens een briefje ‘we zijn een week eerder met vakantie’ zonder dat ze hem hebben verwittigd. Vervolgens krijgt ook hij te horen dat ze de juiste contactgegevens niet hebben, terwijl hij netjes hun formulieren naar waarheid heeft ingevuld. De tandarts zelf wisselt spontaan reiniging en de controle om waardoor het plan van eerst reinigen en daarna controle anders loopt. Vervolgens wordt hij ontzettend kwaad dat je gebit niet goed gereinigd is. Ik heb daar meerdere keren huilend in een stoel gezeten omdat hij zo onaardig is. Dentist Oehlers is the worst dental practice imaginable. Incredibly unfriendly assistants who make you wait outside, don't even wish you good morning and casually say that your child is not welcome if you are standing there with your child. The latter is not mentioned anywhere on the website. Appointments are moved two to three times. They call with a number you can't call back and then say they don't have the correct information. My husband had taken time off from work for his appointment, then found a note saying 'we are on vacation a week early' without them notifying him. He is then also told that they do not have the correct contact details, while he has neatly filled in their forms truthfully. The dentist himself spontaneously switches cleaning and check-ups, so that the plan of cleaning first and then check-up is different. He then becomes very angry that your teeth have not been cleaned properly. I have sat there crying in a chair several times because he is so unkind.
