Uur in de stoel gelegen en er is veel gedaan.
Ik houd totaal niet van de tandarts en rol vaak zowat de stoel af, maar deze tandarts bleef rustig en humoristisch.
Humor is bij mij de sleutel om ervoor te zorgen, dat ik goed mee werk.
Lieve en begripvolle vrouw is deze tandarts. En houd ook rekening met de anderen ziektebeelden, die niet met het gebit te maken heeft, maar de algehele gezondheid, is ook een leidraad voor de mond gezondheid.
Een en al top in die praktijk!!

Spent hours in the chair and a lot has been done.
I don't like the dentist at all and often just roll off the chair, but this dentist remained calm and humorous.
Humor is the key for me to ensure that I work well with it.
Sweet and understanding woman is this dentist. And also take into account the other syndromes, which are not related to the teeth, but the overall health, is also a guide for oral health.
All top in that practice !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik was al heel erg lang niet bij de tandarts geweest.Toen ik bij Tandarts Rivierenbuurt kwam werd ik erg goed geholpen en werd er echt de tijd voor mij genomen. Goeie keus dus om over te stappen! Tevens ook een erg fijne mondhygiëniste in huis, waardoor mijn tanden weer in optimale conditie zijn!
I had not been to the dentist for a very long time. When I came to Dentist Rivierenbuurt I was helped very well and really the time was taken for me. Good choice to switch! Also a very nice dental hygienist in the house, so my teeth are in optimum condition again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De praktijk beschikt over een goede tandarts en een deskundige tandtechnieker. Het vinden van de tandartspraktijk in de Rivierenbuurt was even een uitdaging, ik kom zelf niet uit de Amsterdam. De uitleg tijdens de tandartsbehandeling van mijn vader was compleet. Hij bleek een kunstgebit nodig te hebben en dit idee was even wennen voor hem.
De tandtechnicus heeft echter duidelijk ervaring met het behandelen van zenuwachtige patiënten en is erg vriendelijk/zachtaardig. Hij heeft netjes uitleg gegeven over wat de voordelen zijn en hoe het aanmeten van een gebitsprothese precies in zijn werk gaat. Het eindresultaat is ook goed, zijn gebit is nog nooit zo netjes geweest. Deze nette service verdient 5 sterren.
The practice has a good dentist and an expert dental technician. Finding the dental practice in the Rivierenbuurt was a bit of a challenge, I am not from Amsterdam myself. The explanation during my father's dental treatment was complete. He appeared to need dentures and this idea took some getting used to for him.
However, the dental technician has clear experience of treating nervous patients and is very gentle / gentle. He has given a neat explanation of what the benefits are and how the fitting of a denture works exactly. The end result is also good, his teeth have never been so neat. This neat service deserves 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bij het eerste bezoek voel je al dat het goed zit. Zou willen dat ik hier veel eerder terecht was gekomen. Heldere uitleg voor, en ook tijdens de behandeling.
Duidelijke offerte vooraf indien gewenst.
Iedereen is even vriendelijk, en denkt mee.
Kortom een geweldige praktijk. Twijfel je nog voor een eerste bezoek of ben je bang voor de tandarts? Gewoon gaan en je zal geen spijt krijgen.

On the first visit you already feel that it is all right. Wish I had ended up here much sooner. Clear explanations before and during the treatment.
Clear quotation in advance if desired.
Everyone is equally friendly and thinks along.
Overall a great practice. Do you have doubts about a first visit or are you afraid of the dentist? Just go and you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne tandarts! Ik kon snel terecht en werd héél goed geholpen. Van het vullen van het gaatje in m'n kies heb ik niets gevoeld.
What a great dentist! I was able to get in quickly and was helped very well. I didn't feel anything from the filling of the hole in my molar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dental service was ok but shocked with their admin. I cancelled my appointment via email well ahead of the time. Turns out they forgot to process it, asking me to pay for the appointment. I contacted them in the same email thread showing I cancelled but they would still just send off the invoice to a cash collector. Prime example of the Dutch service level. Incompetent and rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service at the reception is quite good and prompt, but the dental services depend on the dentist who will treat you. I will share my experience with them. One of fillings on my front tooth (therefore important esthetic wise) fell out in October. One of the dentists (without naming names) replaced it, but fell out after three days. She did it the second time and in March fell out again. The third time being there, she was looking for other reasons why the filling might fall out so soon, without recognizing the poor job she did months before, twice in a row. What she basically did was to work on top of the old filling, instead of reconstructing it entirely. No filling should last for just a few months. In any case, this third time she refused to provide her service on the spot, although I had an appointment, thus me having to walk around with a broken tooth for a few days. Her attitude was also hostile when I tried to keep her accountable for the poor job that she did and asking for a temporary filling which she refused to provide. I consequently will change the dental practice. Poor and hostile service.
