Ik was erg nerveus maar zij heeft mij met extra goede zorg behandeld!! Geen pijn gehad. Echt top!! Super good dental practice. Today visited Mrs. Termeulen herself for a root canal treatment. I was very nervous but she treated me with extra good care !! No pain. Really great !!

S	S A on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Een klacht over de manier hoe mijn vader is behandeld bij tandarts ter Meulen!! Mijn vader moest een brug krijgen i.v.m. kiezen die slecht waren. In een korte tijd is mijn vader daar plusminus vier keer voor terug geweest. Hij heeft door een fout die door de tandarts is gemaakt een dag lang niet kunnen eten, omdat zijn tandvlees ontstoken was en tandarts ter Meulen afwezig was vanwege vakantie. Daardoor was hij genoodzaakt om naar een spoedtandarts te gaan. De pijn was niet meer te verdragen. Afgelopen week had mijn vader een afspraak staan. Bij aankomst werd hij extreem slecht behandeld door een wat vollere dame achter de receptie, vermoedelijk de assistent van tandarts ter Meulen. Aan de telefoon is besproken dat mijn vader ondanks dat hij een paar minuten te laat was er nog plek was om hem te behandelen. Eenmaal aangekomen nog niet eens 5 min na het gesprek, claimde de mevrouw achter de balie iets anders. Mijn vader is toen naar huis gegaan en hebben wij naar de praktijk gebeld waarbij wij dezelfde mevrouw aan de lijn kregen. Wij kregen daarbij een meningsverschil over de facturen, omdat mijn vader dankzij hun fouten en het herstellen ervan constant in de kosten gejaagd werd. Praktijk maakt fouten en wij moeten betalen dat klopt natuurlijk niet, en dat kregen ze te horen van ons! Uiteindelijk hebben we ons geld terug gekregen en zijn wij overgeplaatst naar een tandarts in Borne die 100 keer beter is dan deze!!! Wij heb voor ter meulen geen goed woord! It was discussed over the phone that my father was still a few minutes late, but there was still room to treat him. Once arrived, less than 5 minutes after the conversation, the lady behind the counter claimed something else. My father then went home and we called the practice where we got the same lady on the line. We got into a difference of opinion about the invoices, because my father was constantly hitting the costs thanks to their mistakes and correcting them. Practice makes mistakes and we have to pay, that is of course not correct, and they were told that! In the end we got our money back and we were transferred to a dentist in Borne who is 100 times better than this one !!! We don't have a good word for ter meulen!
