B	Bettina Zegers on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lang over gedacht en met de onzichtbare beugel durfde ik het wel aan :) De behandeling gaat goed. Tandarts Diercks is erg aardig en vertelt veel. Tot nu toe helemaal tevreden dus! Long thought and with the invisible braces I dared to :) The treatment goes well. Dentist Diercks is very nice and tells a lot. So far completely satisfied!

Voor mij was het niet geschikt, daarom nu toch aan de slotjes. Maar wel fijn dat er niet alleen naar de eigen verdiensten wordt gekeken dus. Really a nice dentist. Arrived via invisible bracket. J	Jan Duursma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb de behandeling met onzichtbare beugel gedaan. Heel tevreden met het resultaat en best snel gegaan. Marco is een heel aardige tandarts en stelt je op je gemak. Niet gehaast ook. De praktijk is mooi van binnen en van buiten in een kerk is grappig. Je moet wel even wennen aan die plastic bitjes over je tanden. Maar na een paar dagen merk je er niet meer zoveel van. En niemand die het ziet! Jan I have done the treatment with invisible braces. Very satisfied with the result and went quite fast. Marco is a very nice dentist and puts you at ease. Not rushed too. The practice is beautiful inside and outside in a church is funny. You have to get used to the plastic bits on your teeth. But after a few days you don't notice much of it anymore. And nobody sees it! Jan
B	Benno WIjkersloot on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gaat goed met deze beugel. Slotjes zou ik echt niet hebben gedaan. Maar dit is wel goed te doen. Op mijn werk ziet niemand het in iedergeval. En de tandarts Marco doet het goed, praktijk is mooi. Niet veel aanmerkingen eigenlijk. Wel kunnen de bitjes soms een beetje in je tandvlees prikken. En het duurt wel even voordat alle bitjes klaar zijn. Maar vergeleken met andere praktijken is de prijs zeker ook een stuk lager trouwens! Goes well with this bracket. I really would not have done clasps. But this is easy to do. At least nobody sees it at work. And the Marco dentist is doing well, practice is beautiful. Not many comments really. The bits can sometimes poke a little into your gums. And it takes a while before all bits are ready. But compared to other practices, the price is certainly a lot lower too!

Ook ik ben opgelicht, door deze praktijk en diens leverancier Clearcaps. Ze werken samen en hebben veel contact, maar doen alsof dat niet zo is met als gevolg dat de patient de gedupeerde wordt. Blijf weg bij deze tandarts!!! Very unreliable dentist. I read two reactions to the clearcaps process that I recognize myself in. I too have been ripped off by this practice and its supplier Clearcaps. They work together and have a lot of contact, but pretend that this is not the case, with the result that the patient becomes victimized. Stay away from this dentist !!!

In totaal 2395 euro betaald voor een behandeling bij ClearCaps en 350 euro betaald voor de Acceledent, een apparaat die de behandeling zogezegd zou versnellen, waarmee tandarts Diercks mee adverteert. ClearCaps adverteert met "tot 18 maanden incl retainers", maar dit is gelogen. Na 12 maanden hebben ze bij mij de behandeling stopgezet en vragen ze nu een extra 195 euro voor het laatste setje bitjes. Het eindresultaat is dat ik nu 2700+ betaald heb voor een behandeling waarbij mijn tanden nog steeds niet recht staan. Zinloos dus. Meerdere mails verstuurd naar Tandarts Amstelveen om het probleem op te lossen maar geen enkele reactie ontvangen. Momenteel heb ik een verzoek ingediend bij een juridisch loket om te bezien waar ik recht op heb. Ik raad iedereen ten zeerste af een behandeling bij dit bedrijf aan te gaan! Worthless company. Maar ik ben absoluut ontevreden met de communicatie tussen deze praktijk en de Clear Caps leverancier. Heb is al talloze keren misgegaan, daarnaast ben ik als klant gedwongen om zelf achter feiten aan te rennen. Ik ben veel te lang bezig met de beugel, en als ik apart met de receptioniste bel en de Clear Caps contactpersoon spreek, ontvang ik telkens verschillende informatie. Daarnaast wordt ik door de receptioniste behandeld alsof het mijn fout is en ik het allemaal niet begrijp...dus ver van klant- en servicegerichtheid! I am satisfied with the dentist himself, very professional and clear in communication. But I am absolutely dissatisfied with the communication between this practice and the Clear Caps supplier. I have gone wrong countless times, and as a customer I am forced to run after facts myself. I have been busy with the braces for far too long, and when I call the receptionist separately and speak to the Clear Caps contact person, I receive different information each time. In addition, I am treated by the receptionist as if it is my fault and I do not understand it all ... so far from customer and service orientation!
