★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik had ruim 24 uur van tevoren afgebeld. De mevrouw aan de telefoon dreigde meteen met een boete. Ik wees haar op het feit dat ik ruim 24 uur van tevoren had afgebeld. Hierin gaf zij mij gelijk. Ze zou het overleggen met de betreffende mondhygiënist/tandarts. Ook had ik hun voor de zekerheid nog een mailtje gestuurd. 2 dagen later kreeg ik alsnog een rekening van 50 euro, omdat zij 1 uur hadden uitgetrokken voor een reguliere controle?! Schandalig... Ik ga voortaan naar een andere tandarts.

In this she agreed with me. She would consult with the relevant dental hygienist / dentist. I also sent them an e-mail just to be sure. 2 days later I still got a bill of 50 euros, because they had set aside 1 hour for a regular check ?! Scandalous ... I'm going to see another dentist from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds kort bij deze praktijk als cliënt, zeer tevreden. Duidelijke uitleg en een hele relaxte en vriendelijke sfeer wat al begint bij de spontane assistenten achter de balie. Goede interactie met zowel de tandarts als met Mo de mondhygiënist, ze begrijpen heel goed hoe een cliënt zich voelt en doen alles om je op je gemak te voelen. Mo is geweldig, ik ben nu 3x geweest en je gaat werkelijk met een glimlach op je gezicht weer weg. Kwaliteit is ook top! Echt een aanrader en minimaal 5 sterren waard!. Gr Lex
Recently at this practice as a client, very satisfied. Clear explanation and a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, which starts with the spontaneous assistants behind the counter. Good interaction with both the dentist and Mo the dental hygienist, they understand very well how a client feels and do everything to make you feel comfortable. Mo is great, I've been 3x now and you really leave with a smile on your face. Quality is also top! Really recommended and worth at least 5 stars !. Gr Lex

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Er zitten verschillende tandartsen in het pand en die wil en kan ik niet slecht beoordelen. Dus ik kan niet zomaar een oordeel geven zonder specifiek te zijn. Maar mijn voortanden waren mooi recht en werden expres (echt waar) scheef gemaakt en daar werd nog om gelachen ook door deze blonde vrouw. Ik vind het pijnlijk en vernederend.
There are several dentists in the building and I cannot and cannot judge them badly. So I can't just pass judgment without being specific. But my front teeth were nice and straight and were intentionally (really) crooked and that was also laughed by this blonde woman. I find it painful and humiliating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fijne tandarts. Ontzettend aardig, rustig en kom er vaak met glimlach vandaan. Ook de assistentes zijn sociaal en beleefd. Helaas ivm verhuizing moet ik overstappen en is de praktijk net iets te ver rijden.
Very nice dentist. Very nice, calm and often come away with a smile. The assistants are also sociable and polite. Unfortunately due to moving I have to switch and the practice is just a little too far away.
