Rental bike with crooked crank. Rental bike with worn out rear tire, which resulted in a flat tire. Nothing wrong with that according to owner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilde heel graag een electrische fiets huren maar toen hij hoorde dat ik gebruik maak van een cranckverkorter kon het niet. Heel apart omdat het bij een andere fietsverhuur geen enkel probleem was.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik sta te tanken en komt de eigenaar naar mij toe, hij pakt de tankslang en gooit de hele tank vol. ik zeg terwijl hij dat doet stop. want ik was niet veel benzine nodig maar hij ging gewoon door. Daarna haalt hij de tankslang uit mijn tank en zie ik dat hij hem nog even inklikt zodat er extra uitkomt en dat klettert op de grond. Moest uiteindelijk de volle lading betalen.
Erg slechte service, ik ben hier zeker niet over te spreken.
I am refueling and the owner comes to me, he takes the tank hose and fills the entire tank. I say while he does that stop. because I didn't need a lot of gas but he just kept going. Then he takes the tank hose out of my tank and I see that he clicks it in so that extra comes out and that clatters on the ground. In the end had to pay the full charge.
Very bad service, I am certainly not happy about this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vandaag op vakantie in Hooghalen, en stukje fietsen. Wat blijkt? Zadel van de fiets zit los, wat enorm vervelend! K wist dat er een fietsenzaak zit in Hooghalen. Ik er naar toe en aangegeven dat zadel los zat. Per direct werd dit kosteloos verholpen. Alle credits voor dit fantastische bedrijf! Super bedankt!
Today on holiday in Hooghalen, and a piece of cycling. What seems? Saddle of the bike is loose, which is very annoying! K knew that there is a bicycle shop in Hooghalen. I went there and indicated that saddle was loose. This was immediately remedied free of charge. All credits for this fantastic company! Super thanks!
