★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onprofessioneel. Onbetrouwbaar.Nalatig. Slechte communicatie. Ze hebben zonder de familie in te lichten mijn grootmoeder verhuisd. Tijdens de verhuizing zijn ze essentiële dingen vergeten mee te nemen waaronder haar kunstgebit. Vervolgens een rotzooi achter gelaten in het oude pand. Daarna hebben ze nooit meer contact gezocht of omgekeken of het goed ging met mijn grootmoeder. Er zijn daadwerkelijk betrouwbare organisaties waarmee je in zee kunt gaan, deze doet geen recht aan professionele Nederlandse zorg.
 Unprofessional. Unreliable. Negligent. Bad communication. They moved my grandmother without informing the family. During the move they forgot to bring essential things, including her dentures. Then left a mess in the old building. After that they never contacted again or checked whether my grandmother was doing well. There are actually reliable organizations that you can work with, this does not do justice to professional Dutch care.
