★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is amazing! The mission, the concept and of course, the food (my stomach demanded that I write this...). To my knowledge the food preparation occurs on Mondays and Wednesdays. There is a recommended price you pay and there are charts on the table to help you figure out what is appropriate. You don't have to pay, but considering this place is volunteer run, you must have a little darkness in your heart if you opt not to. As you enter there are baskets with food that is nearing the end of their life cycles that you are free to take. There are also cultural nights so that your brain also gets fed as well as your stomach. Also it's important to mention the food was AMAZING. Everyone should visit here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their mission is super necessary and they have a great way of promoting it. The dinners they make at the Dokhuis ( which is comfy place) are vegan and really nice. The staff is very sweet and the atmosphere is relaxed and inviting.
Would go back every Monday and Wednesday for dinner. Also, vvry worth to check their website and social media for workshops and news :))

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the coolest food surplus initiative which runs also a kitchen. Very dedicated group of individuals, working hard on saving food from being wasted, while creating awareness to the topic. Very good place to have a great 3 course dinner, on Wednesdays, while decreasing your carbon footprint and helping our society be less wasteful. Highly recommended. Nice people, good atmosphere, great food, donation based, the more we give, the more they can do. Love it !!!!
Addition:
On Monday there's a dinner as well already for a year or so, and usually it's accompanied by some cultural program.

The night I went the food wasn't very tasty but I've heard good stories and it wasn't bad. Just a little bland.
Second time, basically the same story. It was nice, relaxed atmosphere, healthy food which tastes ok but both of us were still a little hungry after.
