Dit heeft te maken met het feit dat een cover-up altijd groter is dan het originele ontwerp en daarbij een stuk moeilijker te zetten is voor de tatoeëerder. Walk-in shops are good if you don't want to wait for weeks for your appointment... BUT I never made good experience with walk-in tattoo shops - also with Tattoo Bob.
My tiny tattoo I got from Tattoo Bob had to be redone after a while, because it lost so much of its black color! Also it was scarred and made me feel dizzy on the next day (now I have way bigger tattoos, which didn't make me feel dizzy). This never happened to me later on with good tattoo artists in e.g. Berlin, London, Stockholm, ....
Also, if you want a REAL TATTOO, you search for a real artist whose style you like and want for your tattoo. This artist will then do a sketch just for you and nobody else will have the same tattoo!

β β β β β Deborah was, again, amazing. I had a piercing done by her about 8 years ago that I had since taken out and was closed up. Years ago I moved to the US and I'm sure there are tons of decent places to have it done in the city I live in now, but there is no way I was going to have anyone but Deborah fix this one for me again.
So since I'm back in the NL for business I took this opportunity to stop by at the shop and see her.
Surprisingly she still remembered last time I was there and she was as professional and sweet as I recalled from my first time. I would always come back to this place if I need something done. Although it's not quite next door, for me it's worth the wait.
It's a great shop, professional and clean, with great people.
