★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and professional staff. I felt very welcome as someone who doesnt have many tattoos or piercings.
I first came to get advice on a failed piercing that I got elsewhere. They really took their time and made me feel at ease. They charged €5 for this which is very reasonable in my opinion.
Came back today to get the failed piercing redone. Very happy I went to this piercer, well worth the 65€ for the septum piercing I got.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I didn't like the service in this store and don't recommend this place.
Last week I had to change some parts that didn't fit me and the service was horrible and rude.
The store manager (woman with dark hair) and the saleswoman (with red hair) were very unfriendly with me and they both rudely said that it was no possible to make the exchange (they didn't say that when I made the purchase on the previous day). They didn't give a refund option for my situation (all piercings cost more than 50 euros). I wasted my money in that store and the service was disrespectful to the customer.
In addition, they measure wrongly the place to pierce your ear, and they also measure wrongly the size of the piercing that the customer wants to buy again.
I suggest going to another store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing work! My friend got her tongue and I got my nipples pierced by Luca. He is an amazing piercer, very friendly - we had a great time with him ♡. He made time for us, which was really nice and went through everything step by step. He really calmed our nerves too and made it a great experience.
I have been pierced at other places, but this has been my best experience by far. 11/10 would recommend and I sure will be back for all my future piercings. Thank you, Luca! ☆

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff was very rude and unwelcoming. It was my birthday and they acted like they were fed up with us. Everytime we ask a question or we want to talk or think about it, they seemed to get annoyed. We went to the other branch that was not so far and they had way nicer staff!!

2) made my pierced ears bleed when tried to put new earrings in. It was an old piercing site of at least 5 years and withheld responsibility by saying it was not healed ear site
3) added alcohol to the ear - every site says that’s bad practice and delays / prevents healing
4) overpriced
