★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I personally had a terrible experience at Tattoo Saunders. I came to get a septum piercing. It was carelessly pierced (much) too low, meaning a) it was painful and b) I had to ultimately remove the piercing shortly after getting pierced as it did not look good. I also received no information about the piercing procedure or aftercare; It seemed as though I annoyed the staff with my questions. Whilst I understand this may be due to a language barrier, the staff generally presented with a careless attitude. Overall, the man who pierced me seemed to have little experience with septum piercings, which led to much uncertainty and worry on my part. Based on this experience, I would not suggest to get pierced at Tattoo Saunders: pay a bit more money to get it done by someone more experienced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to get an industrial, they pierced it, but not good. The angle made it happen that the middle part of the industrial was pressing against my ear to the point of cutting through. I went back, she gave me two separate ones so the middle could heal and said that happens because of swelling. And me being ignorant because it was my first piercing, believed it.
A month later she puts the normal industrial back in. After a day it had cut again through the healed wound. I went to passion for piercing where the guy there said it was just pierced bad. grapped a pair of pliers and made a little bend in it so it wouldn’t cut my ear. That guy did a good job, but tattoo Saunders didn’t.
Be honest to your customers.

It has now been over one month, and I have still not received my money back, as the tattoo artist said I would. I would appreciate it if you would answer my many emails.
