★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Twee weken geleden een ritje besteld van Aalst naar vliegveld Eindhoven voor een familie vakantie. Incl. 2 kids, en bijbehorende koffers en buggy’s. De chauffeuse kwam voorrijden met een mooie Vitobus, ruime baggageruimte maar vooral heel veel goede zin en vriendelijkheid. Terwijl ik bezig was met de koffers renden de kids natuurlijk overal heen. Maakt niet uit zei de chauffeuse; ik houd ze wel even bezig. Wij konden ons ding even doen.
Ook op Eindhoven Airport kregen we alle hulp en zelfs nog een muntje voor een karretje waar we uiteraard niet aan gedacht hadden.
Een dikke vette pluim voor deze rit en voor de chauffeuse! (ZZP’er welke regelmatig rijdt voor TCL)
Top!! Volgende rit weer TCL!
Ordered a ride from Aalst to Eindhoven airport two weeks ago for a family vacation. Incl. 2 kids, and accompanying suitcases and buggies. The driver came to drive with a nice Vitobus, ample luggage space but above all a lot of good sense and friendliness. While I was busy with the suitcases, the kids naturally ran everywhere. Doesn't matter said the driver; I'll keep them busy for a while. We could do our thing for a moment.
Also at Eindhoven Airport we received all the help and even a coin for a cart that we obviously had not thought of.
A big fat compliment for this ride and for the driver! (Self-employed who regularly drives for TCL)
Top!! Next ride TCL again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As we missed our last train connection from Dusseldorf to Eindhoven, we had to hurry to find another alternative to get back home. We called Taxi Centrale Lichtstad and they immediately sent a car over from Eindhoven to pick us up at Dusseldorf and drop us back! And that too with no additional costs over their fixed rate! Quick, efficient, and definitely affordable! Thank you so much and we will definitely be using your service more often!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They trick you by confirming your booking after you simply fill out an enquiry form and then charge you a fortune using their meter.
The driver arrived before agreed time and already had money on the meter. After a 10-minutes drive the meter showed over 40 euros and I realized I could not afford this transfer so I asked the driver to stop and let us out. He took a while to stop and the meter by that point was showing 50 euros. I suggested to pay half but he would not unlock his car until I paid in full despite 2 of my young kids crying as they got really scared being locked in.
The driver also pocketed my phone, possibly unintentionally as he used it to speak to another driver, but still, I had to ask him to return it as he did not do it himself.
It was an intimidating experience. Being a woman with two kids getting locked in is not pleasant.
I recommend Sneelentaxi - courteous and great value. They quoted and charged me 42 euros for the whole transfer and the driver was really helpful, respectful and polite.
