Walgelijk ow ja en op de heen weg en te kleine auto. The worst service ever experienced are simply left to our fate with a baby at 3 AM at Schiphol !!!!! Disgusting ow yes and on the way there and too small car.

Taxi kwam 20 minuten te laat en helaas was het niet mogelijk om een gespecificeerde bon te krijgen (met aparte vermelding btw-bedrag). Taxichauffeur was wel aardig, maar voor zakelijk gebruik niet echt een aanrader (voor privé prima). Reactie op bedrijf: ik heb absoluut niet de mogelijkheid gekregen voor een btw-bon. De bestuurder vond dat het om zo'n klein bedrag gaat, dat het de moeite niet waard was. Hij ging hierbij wel voorbij aan het feit dat ik enkel kon declareren bij het bedrijf waar ik voor werk, als ik een btw-gespecificeerde factuur had. Daarnaast gaf taxichauffeur zelf aan dat hij niet te laat was vanwege tegenvallend verkeer, maar omdat hij op een andere taxistandplaats stond te wachten op een eventueel ritje. Prima, maar dan heeft dat reserveringssysteem ook geen nut. Nogmaals, prima bedrijf mocht je niet zakelijk een taxi nodig hebben of wanneer het niet uitmaakt of je een kwartiertje later arriveert. Booked a taxi for this morning for business use. Taxi arrived 20 minutes late and unfortunately it was not possible to get an itemized receipt (with separate VAT amount). Taxi driver was nice, but not really recommended for business use (fine for private use). Response to company: I was absolutely not given the opportunity for a VAT receipt. The driver thought it was such a small amount that it was not worth it. He ignored the fact that I could only declare to the company I work for if I had a VAT-specified invoice. In addition, the taxi driver himself indicated that he was not late because of disappointing traffic, but because he was waiting at a different taxi rank for a possible ride. Fine, but then that reservation system is of no use. Again, great company if you don't need a taxi for business or if it doesn't matter if you arrive 15 minutes later.
