This carnival made use of Taxi Royal 4 times. Friendly drivers and nice clean cars! Called on Tuesday night during rush hour and within 5 minutes a van was ready for our 8 people !! Top service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service. I reserved a taxi and the next morning, when I was really depending on them to get to the train station so I could make it to the airport on time, nobody showed up. I waited a bit and called them again and the guy said one would arrive within 10-15 minutes. Then, like 2 minutes later, the guy calls me back and says I have to call another taxi company because the wait will be too long. He sounded like he was just sleeping because it was really early in the morning. If you can't drive someone, why not just tell them straight up instead of leaving them stranded when they may really depend on you? Terrible service. Save yourself some stress and call taxi blue.
