F	Faten Abuljubn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked the cab from Schiphol Airport very late, despite of last minute booking the service are great and I was able to catch my flight on time. Both drivers(ongoing/return) were on time. Back way my flight was delayed but driver was patient and understanding. He was very polite and helped us with our luggage. He drove very smoothly and gave us a pleasant journey. Thanks a lot

Driver called 45 mins before,asked about our exact location and he is on exact time. highly suggest this taxi service in Hague.. call center guy could be little irritating , so just book via online link

I built in a little time buffer, to be safe, but the taxi arrived 20 minutes late, and I almost missed my train. The operator was not helpful, and was telling me for 15 minutes that the taxi would arrive "soon". Once the car arrived, there was no apology, just a shoulder shrug and that he "didn't know" he was 20 minutes late. Very poor service, will never use them again and advise people to use another company.

I had not booked a taxi , I just randomly called right after my scheduled ride from another company never appeared. It was at 5 am and I was stressed that I could not be at the station on time. The chauffeur who came was very kind and polite , and he did his best to come as soon as possible. Great service . Thank you for saving my holiday!

On my way to the appointment the taxi driver was 20 minutes late and only after calling them twice did they manage to send someone to pick me up. No apology or acknowledgement of the fact they were late... However, for my return trip they never showed up and after calling several times, I got a different taxi company to drive me home.. To add to this, I had paid them in advance for both ways and have been struggling to get my money back for the second trip. They never answer emails or their contact form. After several messages, I guess my money is gone. I do not recommend them at all!

I booked online the day before, paid in advance and even confirmed the booking over the phone. I thought 'nothing can go wrong here'. Well, come 5:30 of the morning of my flight, the driver is nowhere to be seen. I called 9 times before they picked up. I am then told that my reservation did not exist, which was impossible because it was confirmed and I paid upfront. I requested for a car to be sent as soon as possible - eventually a car arrived 45 minutes later than planned. Safe to say, I will not be booking cars with Taxi Service The Hague ever again, and would discourage anybody else from doing so too.

Called multiple times and finally cab arrived after waiting for 45 mins. Earlier I booked cab from same company and they charged me 15 euro extra for 15 min extra waiting. By that logic I should get 45 euro plus 10 euro (meet & greet fee) i.e 55 euro. Will they bother to refund?! I will not avail this company for airport pickup anymore and I recommend the same to users who see this review.
