 Hugely frosted by Van Os when my demented grandmother was unable to find transportation within Wijk bij Duurstede during hot weather. Rare good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stond met lekke band racefiets in de wind en geen reperatie mogelijk. Dan maar taxi. Helaas geen taxi beschikbaar toen ik had uitgelegd wat het probleem was. Kan natuurlijk waar zijn..geen beschikbare taxi, maar kreeg sterk de indruk dat ze geen zin hadden in fietsvervoer. Zal hieraan denken als ik eens een taxi nodig mocht hebben zonder fiets.........
Was with a flat tire racing bike in the wind and no repair possible. Then take a taxi. Unfortunately no taxi available when I explained what the problem was. Could be true of course..no available taxi, but got the impression that they didn't feel like bicycle transport. Will think of this if I ever need a taxi without a bike.........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chauffeurs met een kort lontje. Tijdens een discussie trachten de beste man mij zelfs 2x toe te slaan. Contact met het bedrijf heeft weinig zin. Geen excuses of professionele houding dit verder uit te zoeken. Eerlijk is eerlijk na deze houding was ik ook niet erg vriendelijk meer. Overgedragen naar de wijkagent.
Drivers with a short fuse. During a discussion, the best man even tried to strike me twice. Contact with the company makes little sense. No apologies or professional attitude to further investigate this. To be honest I was not very friendly anymore after this attitude. Transferred to the community police officer.

Niet zo netjes.
Ik ben gewoon een klant die veilig met zijn 8e heen en terug naar een verjaardag wil en een taxi probeer te krijgen.
Zeg meteen dat u ons niet wil rijden.
En draai er niet omheen.
U ging het gesprek verder met iemand naast u. Wat ging over mijn telefoontje. Dat u helemaal geen zin had in zulke ritjes.
Maar als het een ritje naar maastricht was geweest u meteen ja had gezegd.
Prima maar wees dan gewoon eerlijk.
Ik bel nooit meer. Ook niet voor een grote rit!

Dear taxi driver. Miss. useful if you are expressing the telephone when the telephone conversation ends with a customer.
Not so neat.
I'm just a customer who wants to go back to a birthday party safely when he is 8 and trying to get a taxi.
Tell us immediately that you don't want to drive us.
And don't twist around it.
You continued the conversation with someone next to you. What was about my phone call. That you didn't want to go in such rides at all.
But if it had been a trip to Maastricht you would have immediately said yes.
Great but just be honest.
I'll never call again. Also not for a big ride!
