Y	Yolanda van berkom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ik schrijf deze uit naam van mijn moeder diny van nuland (overleden 21 maart 2013), mijn moeder heeft dik 5 jaar met jullie meegereden vanwege de nierdialyse en naderhand naar nijmegen voor controle nier, was altijd vol lof over jullie en waren er wel dingen die ze niet fijn vond dan werd dat ook meteen opgelost en buiten dat, jullie hebben je hart ook allemaal op de juiste plaats zitten, toen ze in de hospice lag en ik jullie doorgegeven had dat ze niet meer met jullie zo mee rijden, heeft ze een kaart van jullie gehad met de namen van alle chauffeurs, wat was ze daar trots op!!! echt een top bedrijf hoor!!! I write this on behalf of my mother Diny van nuland (died March 21, 2013), my mother drove with you for more than 5 years because of the kidney dialysis and afterwards to Nijmegen for kidney check, was always full of praise about you and there were things that she did not like it was immediately resolved and beyond that, you all have your heart in the right place, when she was in the hospice and I had told you that they no longer ride with you, she has a had a map of you with the names of all drivers, how proud she was !!! really a great company !!!

d	dhr Wijck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ASOCIAAL!! Zojuist de auto geprobeerd te wassen bij de waserette van Van Alebeek. Bij de 2e keer geld inwerpen constateer ik een storing op het bediening paneel. Loop vervolgens na de balie bij Van Alebeek. De balie medewerker “Jolien” spreekt mij aan. Ik leg de situatie uit en vraag vervolgens om hulp. Waarop word geantwoord: “ ben je wel niet helemaal goed in je hoofd om €7,- in een auto waserette te gooien” en “hoe moeten wij jou geloven dat je er €7,- in heb gegooid” Ik ben nog nooit zo onrespectvol behandeld als zojuist. GA NIET MET DIT BEDRIJF IN ZEE. ASOCIAAL. ASOCIAL !! Just tried to wash the car at Van Alebeek's launderette. When I put in money for the second time, I notice a malfunction on the control panel. De taxi stond netjes op de afgesproken tijd bij mij voor de deur en ik werd een aantal minuten van tevoren zelfs even gebeld door de chauffeur zelf dat hij met een paar minuten zou arriveren! Ik ben erg tevreden over de manier waarop ik vervoerd ben door dit bedrijf en zal ze in de toekomst dan ook zeker benaderen mocht ik nog een taxi nodig hebben! Mvg Erik A while ago I used Taxi company van Alebeek for the first time and I really enjoyed it. The taxi was right at the agreed time at my door and I was even called a few minutes in advance by the driver himself that he would arrive in a few minutes! I am very satisfied with the way I have been transported by this company and will certainly approach them in the future should I need another taxi! Best regards Erik

De Rolstoel taxibus was er op de afgesproken tijd . Werden ook nog 10 minuten voor de ophaaltijd gebeld door de zeer vriendelijke chauffeur. Geweldige en rustige rit gehad . Vriendelijke en professionele chauffeur,!! Hier gaan we in de toekomst meer gebruik van maken . Kan dit Taxi bedrijf bij iedereen aanbevelen. Groeten Wim van Hulst December 26-December 2021 I used Regio-Taxi / Wheelchair Taxi transport for the first time with my wife and me and my wife really liked this. The wheelchair taxi bus was there at the agreed time. Were also called by the very friendly driver 10 minutes before the pick up time. Had a great and peaceful ride. I regular having a Taxi every week. Often that the taxi doesn't pick up me on time and i never ever complain, but this time i do. But the dest employee is un-respectable and bad manners of services. And somewhere last month the taxi arrived in front of my house Instead that he should walk to the door and press the door-bell to let me know he arrived but He standing front of his car and playing his phon! I was just curious where the taxi was so i open the door and then i saw he just playing his phone in front of his car And yes that cause me late just because i have no idea the taxi standing in front of my house! Then I got a complain from the dest employee, i was tried to explain to her but she not even listening and blamed that was my found and cause the other appointment late. That was my first up set with her and yes this morning is happened again.
