★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vanuit de gemeente worden kinderen via dit taxibedrijf opgehaald om op school te kunnen komen en zouden weer thuisgebracht moeten worden. Helaas... met storm Eunice zijn er aangepaste openingstijden van scholen, maar TCMB geeft aan dat zij GEEN aangepaste tijden gaan rijden en zoek het maar uit. Na onbeschoft te woord staan van ouders en ook gemeente dat er op korte termijn geen chauffeurs ingezet konden worden (wat niet waar is, chauffeurs gaven aan dat ze klaar stonden om te gaan rijden) hebben juffen uiteindelijk de kinderen maar naar huis gebracht omdat TCMB niet op het gevraagde tijdstip kwam opdagen, ondanks aanvraag van meerdere ouders en gemeeente, die dit bedrijf inhuurt.
Kortom, zeer slechte service vanuit management. Onbeschoft naar klanten en zeer kindonvriendelijk.
Children are collected from the municipality via this taxi company to be able to come to school and should be brought home again. Unfortunately... with storm Eunice there are adjusted opening times of schools, but TCMB indicates that they will NOT be driving adjusted times and just find out. After being rudely told by parents and also the municipality that no drivers could be deployed in the short term (which is not true, drivers indicated that they were ready to drive), teachers finally took the children home because TCMB did not showed up at the requested time, despite requests from several parents and municipality, who hire this company.
Overall, very bad service from management. Rude to customers and very child unfriendly.
