Zum Hintergrund: Im Mai wollte ich meinen Teich neu machen und benötigte dafür Erde. Im telefonischen Gespräch wurde mir gesagt, man solle Erde mit etwas Lehmanteil nehmen, also habe ich einen entsprechenden Container bestellt. Am Tag nach der Anlieferung fiel auf, dass die Erde einen viel zu hohen Lehmanteil hatte. Draufhin habe ich bei TBD angerufen und die Situation erklärt. Ein Entgegenkommen aufgrund der Falschlieferung wurde mir zugesichert. Dennoch versuchten wir so viel von dem Lehm zu benutzen wie es geht. Am Montag wurde feine Erde geliefert und der andere Container wurde abgeholt. Die Rechnung habe ich sofort bezahlt. Allerdings wurde mir die Lieferung i.H.v. 70,00€ doppelt in Rechnung gestellt. Diese habe ich nur einmal bezahlt und werde hierfür angemahnt. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht und werde dort nie wieder etwas bestellen. I was assured that I would be accommodated due to the wrong delivery. Still, we tried to use as much of the clay as we could. On Monday, fine earth was delivered and the other container was picked up. I paid the bill immediately. However, the delivery was in the amount of € 70.00 billed twice. I only paid this once and I am reminded of it. I am quite disappointed and will never order anything there again.
