★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Al vanaf 5 januari jl probeer ik een afspraak te maken voor een controle van ons ketel. De ketel maakt onheilspellende geluiden (ontploffingsgeluiden) en er is al sinds maart 2020 niet meer iemand langsgeweest. Ga niet met dit bedrijf in zee, ze installeren een ketel en daarna zijn ze niet meer te bereiken of beloven ze contact op te nemen, maar doen dit niet. Misschien wachten ze tot de garantie van de ketel verlopen is, geen idee, maar wij zijn zeer ontevreden!
I have been trying to make an appointment for an inspection of our boiler since January 5th. The boiler makes ominous noises (explosive noises) and no one has stopped by since March 2020. Do not work with this company, they install a boiler and after that they can no longer be reached or they promise to contact you, but they do not do this. Maybe they are waiting for the boiler warranty to expire, no idea, but we are very dissatisfied!
