★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using the professionalism of Gregory Manchia for almost two years, as an acupuncturist, to treat various problems from insomnia to muscular tension and various types of inflammation. I have always had great confidence in this practice of ancient Eastern origin consisting of the insertion of needles into the tissues of the body for healing and anesthetic purposes.
Lately I've been experiencing the gua sha massage. Gua sha is a natural, alternative therapy that involves scraping your skin with a massage tool to improve your circulation. This ancient Chinese healing technique may offer a unique approach to better health, addressing issues like chronic pain. I have experienced the beneficial effects since the first session. Despite the worsening of pain in the first 8 hours, I can assure you that it's worth it, as in my case (tension at the shoulders and muscles of the trapezius), the subsequent relief led me to undergo this massage with some regularity.

These massages happen very discretely and with a lot of respect for the human body and soul. This massage has a huge relaxing and releasing impact on body and mind. Awesome in times off stress or challenging times. Absolutely recommendable!
