Just delivered a custom dining table to me. Nice quality and also a very fast service! Appointment and design was quickly made with thoughtful staff! Fast responses by email or phone. Overall very satisfied and definitely recommended.

Twice a washbasin I had selected in the web store was not in stock in the warehouse, but then the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. So great service :-)!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a teak ladder from Teakea in June 2017. Fast forward 6 months and I have neither the specified ladder nor my money back.
I had been very patient of the seller's situation considering that their warehouse had burned to the ground shortly after the online purchase was made. However, after sending many polite emails to them and only getting slow, unexplained excuses back, my patience has - not surprisingly - run out.
My faith in this company and their capacity to deliver on their promises has burned along with that warehouse. So if you do choose to purchase from Teakea then do so at your own risk!

Teakea immediately phoned me after I had posted this review, and refunded the money to my account.
I am satisfied with final outcome so I have removed the original title ("DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER - You have been warned!!!") from the review.
However, because of the work involved to get to this point, and the fact that the refund has only happened 6 months after the purchase date, I will leave the body of my original review as a warning to others that Teakea are not 100% on top of their sales process and their electronic communication with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service overall. Unfortunately the product was defective and differed from what we ordered so it had to be replaced. The TV cabinet was missing legs in the middle and I had to cut holes for the cables. The TV cabinet started bending in the middle and cracking because of the missing legs. Just be careful that you actually get a good quality item as ours started cracking and compared to the new item it now has additional legs below which also support it and stops the cracking and the design differs, so not sure why we got the 1st item as it does not seem like the correct item compared to the website and 2nd replacement item we now got. 1 Year later all is still good with it and we do like the design and teak look given we searched at many other places and couldnt find anything comparable, so we are happy with the product if it can be delivered as it should be after lots of my time was lost with getting it replaced.
