My first time to order a windshield on this web-shop. The shop doesn't allow payment by some cards of another bank. The manual transfer took me 20' and led to a mistake: I transferred a wrong amount. But it took them 4 working days to inform me about it, and I missed a chance to receive the item before my vacation. Therefore, although I want to support web-shops other than Amazon, I won't recommend it due to its unprofessional dealings, and payment inconvenience!

I ordered a product, it came with defect, I come to the store to change the product for a new one and they canceled the sale without any warning. I placed the order again and do not avoid any response so I called to find my order and they canceled my order again.

UPDATE: ITEM WAS DELIVERED AND WE ARE GOOD NOW. This shop has unfortunately issues, - poor/no communication, - no delivery, - no information, Ordered on 29 May, online payment, additional shipping cost paid for shipping. One out of 20 calls I got someone on phone, who was in a rush..."just send me an email" - what was done already. No feedback, no info if the item has been send. Although the shop web page has a minor info that COVID is causing some delays, I am afraid this shop wont get over the crisis. Sad but obviously not well managed currently.

Hello everyone, on 17/05/2021 I placed an order online, I received the package without two ordered products, I decided to return the order on 22/05/2021 I went personally to the store to return the products, today Is dated 15/06/2021 and I did not receive a refund, the store representative does not respond to the email, they made changes to my online account and deleted the products, so I have no proof of purchase, but fortunately I have proof of confirmation And I have proof of accepting refunds. I'll get a lawyer and sue them for fraud. I suggest people not to buy from this store if you don't want them to suffer like me !!!!!

Note: It’s my personal experience and you should check others’ review as well to avoid getting a biased picture. Reasons for only 3 stars: 1. Terrible stock management system. Available status online could be no available in reality and you will get an email telling you the truth after you have paid. It happened to me twice! Also they could first tell you it will take few months to get it but later they tell you it’s on stock again after you told them to get a refund. 2. Bad customer communication as they don’t reply your emails and calls until you have tried very very very hard. e.g.According to the website cancellation could be done via email, so I replied them to refund me instead of waiting few months, then I bought it from somewhere. Few days later they emailed me that they have the item available and it’s on the way... I tried to contact them many times and by many ways but without success. In the end it took a long way to return it and I have to pay by myself! Without they offered me a small gift otherwise the score will be even lower. Pandemic push everyone shops online, this shop does have big variety of items but the people like me could have a bad luck and wasted time, money, energy and the mood by being a “customer”. Really hope they could improve stock management system and get a dedicated professional customer support team, then they could earn lots of $$$$$ during this pandemic and after, as customers are willing to pay for the money without suffering from poor services.
