Het instellen van Teamleader was simpel en makkelijk uit te voeren. De goede support bij verschillende vraagstukken wordt erg gewaardeerd en stopt niet tot het antwoord op de vraag gegeven is. Onze vaste contactpersoon Ginger denkt graag met ons mee en zorgt voor een fijne samenwerking. Wij zouden Teamleader zeker aanbevelen! We have been working with Teamleader for over 2 years now and it works perfectly for us: very user-friendly and fast! Setting up Teamleader was simple and easy to perform. The good support for various issues is highly appreciated and does not stop until the answer to the question has been given. Our regular contact person Ginger likes to think along with us and ensures a pleasant cooperation. We would definitely recommend Teamleader!

Ik kan andere programma's er probleemloos aan koppelen. Teamleader is now a core tool in my company. It works PERFECT and saves me a lot of time. It combines CRM with DEALS and its follow-up. I can connect other programs to it without any problem.

Nu project planning aan het inrichten. Gelukkig krijgen we veel en snel support van Ginger, die ook met ons meedenkt. We zijn zelf toegevoegd aan hun Beta versie om zo nog meer inzicht te krijgen en constant te verbeteren. ik kan niet wachten om helemaal over te gaan naar 1 systeem We actively started TL a few weeks ago. And so far very satisfied. Making quotations and sending invoices is already running fairly smoothly. Now setting up project planning. Fortunately, we receive a lot of support from Ginger, who also thinks along with us. We have been added to their Beta version ourselves to gain even more insight and to improve constantly. De chat functie in het systeem zelf van hun klantenservice is altijd erg snel en efficiënt (en meertalig!: NL en ENG) en het programma is gebruiksvriendelijk. De samenwerking met Ginger is ook altijd prettig verlopen. Namens Team Exactly danken wij Teamleader voor de support met het systeem. Teamleader is a beautiful and very clear CRM system with many functions to have and keep various matters within your company in order. The chat function in the system itself of their customer service is always very fast and efficient (and multilingual!: NL and ENG) and the program is user-friendly. M	Michael Chapman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. Just when we were contemplating to leave, Teamleader Customer Success Manager Puck stepped in. After all these years she found a workaround we didn't think of and her colleagues never advised. Sometimes spending an hour dedicated with a client and really listen to their workflow problems can be insightful for both client and supplier. Although I really do hope Teamleader will find a way to reactivate the previous level of phone support (as that is what customers really want) I'd like to hand over 5 stars to Puck Boekhout. She just made my life as a small business owner a little less stressful and in the process managed to keep a client for Teamleader.
